Question: Vomited a dark greenish almost black , log/bullet looking solid . I'm on coumadin and lovenox at this time. What should I do?

Vomiting out of a greenish black solid is most likely due to an old bleeding in the upper gastrointestinal tract.
While taking coumadin and lovenox such spontaneous bleeding indicates that you need to consult your treating physician to monitor your coagulation profile.
The doses of both may need to be reduced according to your coagulation profile to avoid any such episodes in future.
Do not alter your doses without consulting your physician.
