Absolut 3G contains omega-3/6641" >Omega 3 fatty acids.

Omega-3 fatty acids are essential fatty acids, which can not be synthesized in the body, thus required to be taken as supplementary food.

If you want to decrease your weight, take balanced diet in limited quantity. Do regular exercises for sufficient duration.

Please let me know your Lipid profile/S.cholesterol and T3,T4 & TSH levels.
