I have a quick question I have run out of my pills and although I called in to the pharmacy my Dr office has not responded so tomorrow will be day 2 and they told me it will probably be day 3 I can take it so making it 2 days of missed doses is this dangerous I am worried

Thyroid medication has got a half-life of 4-7 days. So don't worry, even if you miss the tablets for 2 days you can take the medications next day as 3 tablets.

Really I have been told to never double up my dosage
I have been told if I miss. Dose take my regular does the next day
Regardless as long as it is still in my system I should be able to get it tonight and take it tomorrow

There is no issues with doubling of thyroid dose if you miss one day. For physically challenged or those who need medical assistance we usually give added up dose as and when possible.
We even have weekly preparation of thyroxine where the dose is seven times the daily dose. So no need to worry on adding up the missed doses - that is the recommendation we follow.
