hello sir, thanks for the information.
is there a way to know how much smoking impacted internally. any test. coz, whenever I say My husband to quit smoking he says its not impacted him. if there is any test which shows the impact then he might think on quitting.
Please do these things to stop smoking forever.
Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX,
1. Go to images.google.com or www.bing.com/images and type in "oral cancer",
"lung cancer".
2. Show these pictures to your husband, and ask him to dare take a test.
3. What test?
4. Chest X-ray. Every cigarette is equal to 1 X-ray, You take your chest X ray and take your husbands chest X-ray. If he says you are a woman. then request one of his non-smoking friends to take the X ray and compare.
Your husbands X ray will be black, and the non-smokers X ray will be whitish gray (normal).
5. Best is to take your husband to a cancer ward in a goverment hospital, and show him what happens.
6. Finally, a person smokes because he or she does not get "love". You might
think this is a nonsense statement. This is a real fact. I am not saying that
you have failed as a wife. You are a very good wife, and that is why you are
so concerned about his smoking. Somehow, he feels "unloved", he feels "not appreciated".
7. A person smokes when HALT happens.
H is hungry.
A is angry.
L is lonely.
T is tired.
8. God may exist or God may not exist. But the practical fact is that believing in God helps stop smoking or any drug addiction and alchoholism.
Smoking is a drug addiction. Cigarettes contain nicotine. And nicotine is more addictive than heroin (brown sugar), cocaine, marijuana (charas, ganja) and alchohol all combined.
A drug addiction is a form of illness of the mind. There is no cure for illness of the mind in medicine. Allopathy, Ayurveda, Homeopathy and Unani.
Even if he does not believe in God. Ask him to "act" or "behave" as if he "believed" in God.
The argument here is not whether God exists or not. The argument here is that believing in God helps stop smoking, addictions, craziness and problems of the mind for which there is no cure at all.
All those tablets, I have written, simply remove the "taste" for smoking. But they don't make a person stop smoking. You can take anti smoking tablets and still continue smoking cigarette after cigarette.
Thanks,
