Question: Thank you. I have several prescription medications I have been taking for sometime and need to know what they are used for. If you have the time I would print them out for a report I am putting together. 1) carbamazepine-200 mg tab- 2)ariprazole- 10 mg 3) lorazepam 1mg 4) cyclobenzaprine hcl 10 mg tab 5) divalproex 500 mg 24 hr sa tab 6) hydroxyzine pamoate 50 mg cap .
