NOVACLOX LB is an antibiotic and used if somebody has infection.
Since you have cold and blocked nose,you don't need it as this problem is viral in nature.
Avoid cold drinks
Take plenty of hot liquids.
Inhale steam twice a day.
May put saline nasal drops for stuffy nose.
May take some anti allergic like CETRIZINE tablet once in the night for 5 to 7 days for your sneezing and cold.
You shall be al right in 7 to 10 days.

is it okay to take paracetamol (500mg) with cetrizine before going to sleep.

In fact you can take paracetamol any time whenever you have fever.
