Question: 1.What is Multiple radio- opaque are seen on the right renal shadow.
2. Radio - opaque opacity is seen over the right psoas shadow.

Hello

Radio-opaque shadows in kidney are generally calculus.Multiple radio-opacity in right renal shadow may be multiple right renal calculi.
Other findings like its size and other changes in kidneys like hydronephrosis etc are not mentioned in report.

Radio-opacity over right psoas muscle may be calcified hematoma,healed abscess etc.It is important to know about any previous illness.
