As i mentioned Raji cells are used in cultures and assays as a tool to measure other antibodies like SLE or AHG ( Aggregated human globulins). One should have at least 6 mugs of AHG / ml of immune complexes to be diagnosed by raji cells C peptides binding.

in SLE and other tetanus immune assays it works the same way. except the fact that pronase treated raji cells bind at Fab portion of raji cells.

these concepts are beyond the scope of your caliber skills and purely an immunohistochemical dilemma better left for immunologists.

What patients like you should know is whether you have any positive aggregate proved by raji cells or whether you have raji cells or not. Thats it.
