Brief Answer:
Watch for danger signs

Detailed Answer:
Hi
It's a drug not advisable in kids before 6 years of age. So, if he has ingested accidentally then contact ER in case he develops any of the following symptoms:

-restlessness, tremor, muscle twitches, rapid breathing, confusion, hallucinations, panic, aggressiveness, muscle pain or tenderness, muscle weakness, fever or flu symptoms, and dark colored urine. These symptoms may be followed by depression and tiredness
-nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, stomach pain, uneven heartbeats, fainting, abnormal movement.

Hopefully it will be of help. I would be happy to help you in any further questions.
Take care

Thank you Dr.! how long would it take to work thru her system or should I watch for the symptoms. I counted the pills and I am not missing any so I don't believe she did in fact swallow anything, but just to be sure.

Watch for any side effects in next 24 hours

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Hopefully he has not taken any drug as the pill count suggests. In any case I would recommend you to be observant for next 24 hours. Most likely he will be fine.
