What Are Blocked Lung Symptoms?
Question: When i breathe it feels like R Lung is clogged, when i lay on left side i can feel a "moving sensation in my chest" this then free ups the other side? Help!

It feels like one of my lungs (first LEFT) cannot fill entirely with air. When I lay on the opposite side, I had the sensation of something "sliding" in my chest" and as it did I noticed the passageway seemed to clear up and i was able to breathe on that side, except that the other side was now clogged. While laying on my right side i also felt a sharp painful sort of tug so i immediately rolled on my back. Now i am having soreness just to the left of my sternum.
My heart seems to be okay but i do have some strange sensations in my chest (do not seem cardiac) every now and then.
Does this sound really serious? Should I go to the ER or can i wait for the appointment?

1) some tightness in throat (seems to be triggered by certain foods but dont know), one side of nose is congested, sometimes it is difficult to swallow down "dry" food and have to swallow twice to get it down, feeling of bloating in upper digestive system and some burping, tickiling in bottom of throat, occassional but rare cough with this.
2) please describe. I dont seem to show symptoms of breathlessness unless i am up walking around with friends.
3) i noticed it last night for the first time (i think) few hours, in the morning i seemed fine, but have has this return thanks to add.
