Brief Answer:
Sperm Quality
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I read your query and I understand your concerns.
Following is my reply:
1) Your uterus , ovary and other parameters seem to be fine.
2) Follicle is only 14,13,12 mm as of 10th day. It needs to be 18 mm or more before hCG can be given. Hence get another scan done on 13 th day and then think of hCG. Day 12 may be early.
3) Each cycle has success of around 10 to 15 percent for IUI. Hence your chances remain same.
4) The success does not depend on more than one sample of semen but on best sperm quality.
Let me know if you have anymore questions.

Dear doctor,
thanks for your prompt reply.
We are using lab prepared donor sperm.( means provided by the Ivf clinic). How to know the quality of sperm in this case and chances of pregnancy with these lab prepared sperm. And also want to know whether azoospermia is diagnosable as the PESA Test of my husband is also reported azoospermia.
if azoospermia is diagosable then how much time it will take and what would be the estimated expenses?

Brief Answer:
Blood test
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
You ask your doctor to check the semen sample under microscope to confirm quality before doing IUI.
Azosspermia needs to be diagnosed by semen analysis as well as blood tests like FSH and testesterone.
TESA may be necessary if testis is normal is size. If testis are small and primary testicuar failure, it cannot be reversed. Please see a urologist in your town

Dear doctor,
the pesa test of my husband done on 12.01.14 and the following are the results
MACROSCOPE ANALYSIS-
complete liquefication time- within 60 min
colour- Pearl white
viscocity- Normal
volume - 1ml
pH- 8.5
MICROSCOPIC ANALYSIS
sperm concentration - 0
sperm count (million/ejaculate) - 0
grade (A) , (B), ( C) and total sperm motility - 0
total non motile sperm- 0
total motile sperm-0
I would like to know that with these above findings , whether the azoospermia is diagnosable and is the diagnosis involves surgery?
further my doctor suggested to take hCG injection on day 12th itself. Whether the timing of injection is right because they said the follicle is around 16-17mm on day 12th

Brief Answer:
azoospermia
Detailed Answer:
Hi
The results of PESA confirm azoospermia. The blood test FSH and other hormonal parameters must be collaborative with azoospermia. You can discuss with the doctor about those tests too.
By PESA azoospermia is already diagnosed.
It is better to take hCG injections after follicular size is 18 mm. In your case 13th day is better.
