As you mentioned that you took 5900 mg acetacminophen.
However, it is generally well tolerated and causes minimum adverse effects but if taken in divided doses .
You took 5900 mg at once.
Question ==Will I die ?
Ans==You will not die?
However it sometime may produce extensive hepatocellular damage , renal tubular necrosis .
If taken more than 7000 mg may cause death.
Hyper acidity , gastritis , nausea , vomiting abdominal discomfort , you may feel , so consult a primary care physician and get his help .
Treatment in hospital is sulfhydryl compound such as cysteamine, 1-methionine and n-acetyl cysteine( NAC) is beneficial .
So be careful .
