Brief Answer:
Hello. Radiation is must.
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear. I have gone through the details. So in a node postive disease radiation is must to prevent local recurrrence of disease. Side effects are uncommon but can be in the firm of radiation dermatitis, cardiomyopathy, skin changes, and very uncommonly secondary cancer. But these are very rare and treatment must go on.
Thanks and regards
