What Are The Alarming Signs In A Pregnancy?

I am wondering is there a way to tell what pains/twinges/cramps etc are normal and when to see the doctor?
No matter how reasonable i try and make myself be i cannot stop over thinking every pain/movement/gas etc.
Also if it is another miscarriage how can i get a D&C? I asked my doc last time and he said i'd be better off waiting for it all to occur naturally but i dont think i have it in me to go through that again?

Detailed Answer:
I warmly Welcome you!
Thanks for consulting me at virtual clinic. I have carefully worked through your case, and I can realize your health worries. Being your physician, I assure you not to worry as I will take care all of your medical concerns.
Your concerns are genuine as you already have had two episodes of miscarriage. It all depends upon time of miscarriage, that a Gynaecologist suggests D& C is needed or it will wash up by itself. The products of conception by D& C were not removed last time because they were supposed to come out themselves.
All you need is counseling. Not every movement in abdomen is from uterus. Keep faith in you. You will make through it this time. Every woman is apprehensive in pregnancy as she is worried about the safety of the baby and the future events.
There is no way to demarcate the pains to substantiate it all. But , if you feel any kind of abnormal diacharge per vagina, call immediately to your maternity centre.
If you need further, detailed and quick assistance related to any health issues, feel free to 'ask me a question' directly from my profile. You can also attach Lab reports and pictures with direct question.
