I would like to add just one point from experience. In addition to such supplements which have shown benefit , Daily Exercise is the corner stone of health in my view. Unless you exercise daily or involve yourself in some sort of active sports daily, the body can itself cope with the external and internal stressors up to the age of 35 at most. Then , its bound to decline in one way or the other. By exercising daily you can greatly halt or even reverse this decline to some extent and maintain a healthy body with a healthy mind.
