Brief Answer:
Probably not

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

mentioning your weight would allow for the estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) to be calculated. The eGFR is a very useful marker of renal functionality. Assuming you're about 70Kg your eGFR with a creatinine value of 0.9 mg/dL was about 86 mL/min and with a creatinine value of 1.09 mg/dL it's about 68 mL/min. Both values are below normal but the latter is a little worse. Not too much though and you should also take into account that the urea to creatinine ratio is 26 which may mean that you were a little dehydrated when the blood was drawn.

Anyway, this is a slight worsening, so you should consider whether you've changed anything in your regimen or not. If you have changed drugs or dosages then perhaps a reassessment of your situation would be needed to decide whether these changes are so vital or can be abandoned. I would not recommend any immediate change though. This is not an urgent situation.

Try to drink enough water (as to avoid feeling thirsty).
