Brief Answer:
The risk for HIV and Hepatitis are negligible.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to HCM once again
Thanks for posting your query.

Sucking one's breast and having received a hand job are not having any risk for HIV or Hepatitis.

Breast milk of an HIV infected patient has some risk. (The HIV status of the massage girl was not known)
25-40% of the infants of the positive mother are getting the infection through breast milk. Not definitely 100%. That means the viral concentration in breast milk is very low or not consistently loaded with virus. Non-lactating breast has no risk.
If there is some discharge from the breasts in a non-lactating lady, it could be due to some hormonal abnormality or pituitary tumor. That discharge would not be having enough viral particles to cause an infection. So you need not worry about this incident. Your chances for HIV is very remote.

Brief Answer:
Still the risk for HIV/Hepatitis is almost nil.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.

Your risk is still negligible only.
I mentioned the risk through breast milk is 25-40%, only when it was consistent. That is when the child used to suck regularly for months together. Sucking one or two drops once carries almost a nil risk for HIV and Hepatitis.
So nothing to worry.
Relax.
