What Are The Chances Of HIV Infection After Protected Intercourse?

Question: Dear Sirs,

I am a resident of XXXXXXX where unfortunately concerns and questions and their answers are not easily available and addressed on hiv
So please kindly reply
I had visited bangkok 3 months back and had protected sex. well in short use to get tested for 3 months and all the reports came negative..
All my results before after 3 months came negative.. to celebrate that i went to a massage parlour( i visit the parlour on a regular basis)
I got a massage (her hands were rough) i got dry massage on my legs i had a scratch on my leg few days back due a to a mosquito bite . and got a oil massage on my body.
before she gave me body to body massage she wiped my private parts with wet towel.. she rubbed her breasts against my penis and she she used oil on my balls and my penis
Not sure her vagina touched my penis, but I used my hand to ejaculate.
I have gone thru other cases . whereby if the massage oil is laced with hiv , transmission of hiv is not possible.. and where maybe the wet towel might have tainted blood or her vaginal cum . still hiv is not possible
now my questions are
1) her hands being rough and my scratch due to mosquito bite, is it possible(i e if she is Hiv positive) that her blood would have come in contact with mine. again not sure if i was bleeding or if she was bleeding
2) i am paronid that while she was giving me massage on my back i heard a crack, (maybe loosing of the bones). but what if she used a injection with a needle and injected me with her hiv blood.(I am sure if that had happened I would have felt it)
Please reply from the above scenario is it possible that I might get hiv. I am feeling very tensed and vulnerable..
The only thing that gives me hope is that all my reports came negative from my earlier encounter.. where there was a chance that I would have got HIV.

It is good that your tests have come negative and you are free from HIV.

HIV is not transmitted by skin to skin contact. Even rough hands do not transmit HIV.
Scratches due to mosquito bites will heal fast and unlikely to have open wound.
So there is no possibility of HIV transmission.

If needle is inserted you will definitely know about it.

I do not see any chance of HIV transmission. Do not get anxious.

You can totally allay fears and forget about the incident.

Dear Sir,,

my only worry is that how much her hands were rough, and the mosquito bite sractch had opened up by persistent sratching on a regular basis.

i know the odds are zero of hiv transmission .

If i get hiv tests done(4th generation test) after 4 weeks .. is it conclusive .?

I do not see reason for you to get anxious.
You can go for HIV RNA PCR for relieving your anxiety for now. These are > 99% sensitive.
4th generation tests are very sensitive. Both are not conclusive by 1 month.

Usually conclusive tests are after 3 months exposure.

Sensitive test means the chances of detecting the organism by test us high if diseased.
It is the ability of test to detect the disease in all those diseased.
It is ability of test to detect true positives.
99 % sensitive means 99 people out of 100 are detected by test if infected.
So test with high sensitivity are used for screening whether a person is diseased or not.
