Brief Answer:
Extremely rare chances if any.
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query at HCM.
I understand your concern and situation.
There have no cases reports of HIV infection by drinking water from sharing. Yes deep oral kiss carries a risk of infection but rarest of rare. I suggest that if you have any doubts then you can get a HIV ELISA test 4 th generation after 12 weeks. Even through heterosexual routes risk is only 1% so with other routes it is even lesser. Practice barrier methods during intercourse and stay safe better to have monogamous relationship.
Take care

To get infected other person also should have sores in his mouth
Brief Answer:
No HIV does not spreads by sharing water.
Detailed Answer:
Hi
The saliva of viremic individuals usually contains only noninfectious components of HIV indicating virus breakdown and no actual virus so HIV does not spreads by oral kiss. Even if both partner have oral sores then only hypothetical risk is there but practically there have no such cases. No sharing of items do not transmit HIV. If blood in glass or other vessels is passed then HIV will die soon after leaving the body so by these ways HIV does not spreads.

What are the tests to detect hiv based on window period. Is it possible to detect with in 3 days of infection
Brief Answer:
PCR and 4 th generation ELISA test.
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Well come back.
The HIV infection is not detected in 2-3 days time. The earliest you can detect HIV is by HIV PCR test that detects the presence of viral which can be done after 6 weeks. Then after 12 weeks you can get HIV 4 th generation ELISA test done to detect p24 antigen and antibodies against virus. The window period is up to 6 months. In this duration PCR and ELISA test(p24) are used to detect infection.
