What Are The Chances Of HIV Post A Non-penetrative Intercourse?
Question: Hi Doctor , went to massage parlor and got happy ending . lady was wearing clothes all this while. she first gave me 45 minutes full body massage using oil then gave me hand job. do I posses risk of STI?
Brief Answer:
Limited to No Risk
Detailed Answer:
There is very limited to no risk involved in contracting STD from sexual stimulation by another's hand. If there was vaginal, oral and or anal contact however, this would be another story. In theory the STD HPV can be contacted via skin to skin contact, however this is very rare, and much more common with mucous membrane contact such as in sexual fluids. If your concerns continue I would suggest STD testing to ease your fears, however I think statistically you are very much in the clear.

Thank you Doctor for the prompt response.
I have three questions as a follow up
1) have you ever encountered case of getting STI using handjob?
2) its been 2 weeks since I had a exposure, Until today no genital pain or fever. only red rashes appear and then disappear by itself within days on the hand, stomach and leg region of the body.
3) can I continue sexual activities with my gf?

Advice
Detailed Answer:
I've never heard of such personally. the rashes are much more likely a reaction to the lotion than infection. You can certainly resume activities.
