What Are The Chances Of HIV Post A Non-penetrative Intercourse?

Question: I licked a woman's nipple with unknown HIV or STD status as it appeared to be dry as I recall. I did not realize that I had a cold sore during this time but it was just started, not broken yet (I've been having this since kid and it breaks out 1 a year or once every other year). After the dinner on that day, I found that I also had a very small crack on my tongue but I was not sure if it cracked after my dinner. I've been worried that if the woman was HIV/STDs positive and she could infect me through that exposure. Could you please help? Thank you.
Brief Answer:
Your activity has negligible risk towards HIV/STD.

Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
Thanks for posting your query.
Nothing to worry. This could not be considered as a risky exposure at all.
Even if we consider that the girl has HIV infection, dry nipple is not infectious. In case if she was a lactating woman, breast milk is not infectious with a single incident. 25-30% chances of HIV transmission through breast milk is for babies who had been breastfed continuously for six months.
Cold sore around your mouth is a risk for her and not for you.
STD from licking the breast also is uncommon unless there was an obvious lesion over the breast.
