Brief Answer:
HIV risk
Detailed Answer:
Thank you for contacting HCM with your health care concerns
You are concerned about contracting HIV through kissing or spitting of oral saliva on the anus. No there is no risk of HIV exposure from this type of contact. You need to be in contact with sperm or blood to contract HIV. Since there was no penetration there is no risk. I do recommend using condoms to help prevent infection in the future

Brief Answer:
blood in spit
Detailed Answer:
If there was blood in his spit that would increase the chances of HIV transmission but you would also would have had to have broken skin in the area he spit. The chances of that are low.I still think the chances of you contracting HIV in this case is still extremely low. If you are so afraid of HIV I would recommend that you not participate in sexual practices that are risky. Make sure you use a condom and stay with one partner. This behavior of numerous partners is risky.Brief Answer:
No need to test
Detailed Answer:
You do not need to test. Like I said your chances here are extremely low and I do not think you are at risk with what you did.
