What Are The Chances Of HIV Transmission Through Kissing?
Question: Recently I have made a terrible mistake I had a contact with a sex worker .It was my first time in life.
I am 100% sure that I did not do any penetration We only kissed and when I was about to leave she rubbed her vagina on my penis and the condom was not on
What I am worried about is if some of the sacrations/Vaginal fluid has touched the forskin
Do I have to be worried about HIV?

Brief Answer:
Risk through foreskin is nil.
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thank you for follow up query.
Mucosa and skin act as effective barrier to hiv unless there is a bleeding wounds.Just contact with vaginal fluid will not transmit HIV.
So the chances of transmission through the foreskin contact is nil.
Not all prostitutes are positive for HIV.She may be negative.
If her blood has come in contact with open wounds in your oral cavity then there is minor possibilities of transmission.Sore throat may not act as portal of entry for HIV, unless open wounds in throat .
So I do not see any risk.

Hi
Thank you for follow up query.
If blood is present in both of your mouths ,then there are chances of transmission of HIV. But You would have known it if so.
Saliva may not transmit HIV,but blood can.And if blood in mouth implies there is open wound which can act as portal of entry for HIV.So there are chances of transmission if blood in both the person.
