Brief Answer:
No such cases reported.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your query at HCM.
I understand your concern and situation.

After an extensive search at medline and PubMed there have been no such cases reported in which a person has acquired HIV infection in a massage parlour by massage and no penetrative intercourse. But hypothetically yes it is possible that if there was semen on her hands from HIV positive client it could be transmitted. Or if she is HIV positive and her hands are cut then it can be transmitted. But no such cases have been reported. Chances are nil to rarest of rare.

Take care.

Brief Answer:
Acute seasonal viral infection likely.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX
Don't worry. Symptoms you are having is since last 3-4 days suggest acute viral infections which are common in community such as viral infections due to rhinovirus, Respiratory syncytial virus, para influenza, adenovirus or some bacterial infection. For backache it could be postural pain. If it lasts for more than 2 weeks or worsens see a orthopedic surgeon.

Meanwhile just take fruit juice, boiled vegetables, light diet with plenty of fluids. Do chlorhexidine gargle 6-8 times in throat. Adding levocetrizine and dicyclomine might benefit you. Talk to your local doctor for a prescription. I would also consider flu shot in this case. You can discuss about it with your doctor.

Symptoms of HIV are chronic and last for weeks to months. So this is unlikely to be due to it.

Take care.
