Posted on Sat, 4 Apr 2015
Question: i need helpLast sunday i went for a massage , she used some oil and lied down in the rexin bed. After all she gave me a blow job and i sucked her breast for 5 or more mins, i felt something went inside my mouth (not felt any taste) , I found some liquid from her breast , i am not sure whether that is milk /saliva or blood. but before i suck i touched her boobs so many times at the time i didn't find any liquid , when i suck her breast some liquid comes to my mouth.i don't know her HIV status . same day i got sore throat (I smoke) , next day i got itching all over my body . also i got 4 red bumps(not in same place) in my left arm and one in right chest. My necks are paining. eyes and leg foots are burning. in third day i got 2 more red spots in my under arm. also my penis got itching. Am i going to be HIV affected? i am in the damn fear situation.

Brief Answer:
Unlikely for transmission of HIV.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thank you for query. I am Dr Bharatesh D Basti answering your query.
Welcome to health care magic.
I have gone through the details and prescription.

HIV is not transmitted by blow job or by sucking breast unless there is ulcer or wound in the area of contact .It is unlikely in both incidents. You can allay fears of HIV.HIV does not survive in the gastrointestinal tract. HIV is not transmitted by drinking breast milk secretions.

The treatment given appears to be for scabies which is a parasitic infestation. It is not related to HIV.
If she is negative for HIV there is totally no chance of transmission .
You can allay fears of HIV.

You can get back for any clarification.

Thanks Doctor . i have pressed her breast before i suck , i didn't find any wound on that place , i believe if she has wound when i pressed she would have feel the pain and react it , but there is no reaction.

If that's not the case why i am getting red spots all over my body , day by day its increasing. when ever i scratch one new red spots are coming. it's increasing. what could be the reason? i am seriously damn scared.

Attached the same red spots for your reference. like this i have more red spots in my body.

Brief Answer:
Yes seen the photos.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thank you for follow up query.
Yes I have gone through the photos.

It may be due to allergy or scabies.
If she had any wound it would be visible.

You can go for HIV RNA PCR after 10-12 days exposure to relieve your anxiety.
Or after 3 months exposure, Elisa for HIV antibodies which will be conclusive.
You can get back for any clarification.

Hi Doctor ,

Thanks again. Just now i went to that massage parlour and discussed with her, she has a family and kid , she said she don't have any disease , she used to check every 3 months. Hope she don't have any disease .

Now , . Below are my questions

Main question :
Hope you have verified all my images , shall i believe i don't have HIV and move on to my life?
1) Why these type of rashes coming? possible reasons?
2) If this is normal allergy rash means , how long it will take to settle down?
3) Could you please prescribe me some good soap , currently i am using Cinthol
4) Already prescribed medicine is enough? or do i need to verify with another dermatologist for second opinion?
5) Shall i apply neem oil to my body ? i have checked some where in google.
6) HIV test needed only for reducing my anxiety right? but real scenario , i dont need to take any test.
7) I read some where in google , breast milk will cause HIV for babies not for adults, how about the adult has low immune systems? will that possible to get affected?
8) Anyone can take HIV test in laboratories for their peaceful? or do we need any prescription?

Thanks in advance.

Answered by Dr. Bharatesh Devendra Basti (1 hour later)
Brief Answer:
Can get HIV tests voluntarily.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXX
Thank you for follow up query.

You need to test for HIV to relieve your anxiety not really necessity in my opinion.
Breast milk will not transmit HIV unless there are ulcers in oral cavity.Gastric acid will digest or kill HIV.So no possibility of immunosuppressed individuals acquiring HIV in given situation.

You can use a moisturizing soap like dove or cleanser like cetaphil.
Use any bath oils for dry skin if so.or apply moisturizing creams like ponds cold cream after bath if dry skin.
If scabies it will come down in 1-2 weeks though mild itching may persist.
If allergic can recur with exposure to allergen.
If symptoms do not subside consult dermatologist for thorough examination and diagnosis.
You can get tested for HIV voluntarily. There is no need for any prescription.
You can get back for any clarification.

1) "If symptoms do not subside consult dermatologist for thorough examination and diagnosis." If not subside , this rashes will be a hiv rash? this what your referring? 100 % this rash is not related to HIV right?

2) "Breast milk will not transmit HIV unless there are ulcers in oral cavity.Gastric acid will digest or kill HIV." if ulcers present HIV will transmit but the same can be digest /kill by gastric acid?

Not HIV rash.

Hi

It is not due to HIV. There are other causes to be ruled out for rash.
If ulcers in oral cavity ,HIV can enter blood circulation directly and will not pass through stomach .
You allay fears of all these possibilities.

Consult dermatologist for examination.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thank you for follow up query.

You continue the antihistamine tablets morning and night. You consult another dermatologist for examination and Diagnosis. The type of lesion and distribution has to be examined for diagnosis.
You can avoid topical creams till your dermatologist opinion.
Permethrin cream has to be applied only once a week.Hope you are not applying daily.
No need to associate this with HIV. It is a skin condition to be diagnosed. No need to worry or panic.
You can get back for any clarification.

There is nothing specific called HIV rash .So you do not worry about HIV.If they are vesicles ( water filled lesions) with fever it may be chicken pox too.
So get examined by a dermatologist. It may be allergic or scabies or else.
Conitnue the Antihistamines which will reduce the itching.

Skin rash is not directly caused by HIV .It is usually secondary to infections in HIV patients and these do not appear like those. You forget about them.Internet gives lots of information and creates more anxiety.
Ars symptoms are also non specific .It can occur similarly in many simple infections too.it is investigations which are conclusive.
