What Are The Chances Of HIV Transmission Through Oral Sex?

default
Posted on Fri, 18 Sep 2015
Question: Hello,

I'm just back from an erotic massage. She was naked as well as I was, but there was no genital contact for sure.
She mastrubated herself by massaging the cletoris but she didn't put her finger inside. After she was done in about 2-3 minutes she mastrubated me with the same hand using a warm oil. She has done the same a month ago but nothing happened to me ( no symptoms )

I'm wondering if I have a risk on any std?
By the way, I asked her if she had any std and she said no.
No kissing and no oral sex

No cuts on her hand or mine
We showered before and after the massage

Thanks for your support and answer

Brief Answer:
Risk for HIV is negligible

Detailed Answer:
HIHi, Welcome to HCM.
Just touching the clitoris and then masturbating you carries a negligible risk for HIV. No secretion present outside the vagina. Moreover you both had a shower before the massage. So there is no possibility for excessive secretion to remain outside. HIV spread through casual Contact is unlikely as the virus cannot survive outside the body fluids not more than few seconds. So nothing to worry.

Brief Answer:
Acquiring STD /HIV chances are negligible

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I understand the set of events that occurred - she had masturbated with clitoris manipulation and handled your penis with few minutes gap and this was happened a month back also. But I stand by my previous answer, the chances of getting HIV /STD are still negligible.

She didn't go inside her vagina with her finger at all. She only mastrubated herself by massaging clitoris..

My concern is only what if she had some fluid from her vagina on her finger and then after couple of minutes she mastrubated me... Means if she has gonoria or chlamydia then I have it now as well?

Brief Answer:
The possibility is very remote.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to HCM back.

Gonorrhea will manifest within 3-5 days while Chlamydia can manifest within 3 weeks.
But touching the vaginal fluid and handling the penis can not cause both Gonorrhea. Epithelial lining of penis and tip of urethra are resistant to bacterial infection like Gonorrhea and Chlamydia. Only inner part of urethra is susceptible. If you have urethral opening abnormalities like Hypospadias (congenital) this could be a rare possibility. Then also these organisms can not survive outside the body not more than few seconds. Her secretions would not have contaminated her fingers when doing clitorial massage. The possibility of STD is very remote.
Not to worry.
