is there any other testing required to further diagnosis any other std. Following are problem I have noticed in few past week.
1. chlamydia and herpes value are under range but elevated does that mean in future the value might increase and become positive.
2. i have seen few tiny bump (red) on my hand, forehead and pennis head. it came in two month at different location. it appears and heal it self in 4 days without any treament. no fluild or breakage photo attached.
3. when ever i had sex with my partner she get vaginal infection burning and pain in vagina and cut.
Please advise any of the above situation warrants any STD

Brief Answer:
no further testing needed
Detailed Answer:
HI
The window period of a test is the time from possible infection till when a test can reliably and accurately detect that specific infection.
4 Months is past the window period for all the diseases and tests mentioned.
This means that by 4 months if any of these diseases were definitely present or active, it would show up as a definite positive result.
The fact that they are all below the negative value means at 4 months means that none are present.
The fact that the lesions heal with no intervention also imply that they are not related to infection because if they were due to infection , medication would have been needed.
The burning and pain is not related to a sexually transmitted infection since none was detected. It may be related to moisture and lubrication may be needed or she may want to considered checking for non sexual infections such as yeast infection or BV.
Those are not sexually transmitted but can cause problems
Please feel free to ask anything else

Thanks you doctor for your clarification. It almost relieved my stress.
We are in married relationship from last six year. But such problem started from last 3 month. 2 year ago she fixed copper tie as contraception. Do you thing this burning and etching in labia could be with that. Do you advise any further testing for my wife
One more thing she has sticky vagina discharge abnormal

Brief Answer:
may need a swab
Detailed Answer:
HI
The copper T may be related to her symptoms
She may want to have it looked at by her gynaceologist. She may also want to consider a swab, not for STD but for yeast or BV.
If none of these is an issue then increased use of a lubricant may be needed
If anything else is unclear, feel free to ask

thanks doctor,
One more point I forgot to mention in my previous discussion.
two months ago when she had rashes and cut in vagina. we visited gynecologist and she took a swab and tested the result were no pathogens found and puss cells was high. she gave the medicine for both of us. we took for a week and after that i was using condom for 1 month without any problem. but recently i stopped using condom and with in 10 days similar symptoms started. still do you think this could be some thing with her bv or yeast
thanks for your patience and reply

Brief Answer:
only other commmon infections to rule out
Detailed Answer:
HI
Sorry about the late reply
Since all the other tests were normal then these would definitely need to be ruled out by another swab to see if either of these is present.
These are the only other common infections to consider as all of the others have been ruled out
You can feel free to ask any additional questions

Brief Answer:
no problem
Detailed Answer:
HI
You can ask about anything that is not clear to you, that's fine.
In terms of the swab, in this case will test for the infections mentioned above yeast and BV since the STD have already been tested.
High pus cells normally indicate the presence of an infection though may not be an STD, can also indicate that the area is inflamed/irritated for some reason
NO pathogens means that the lab did not pick up any bacteria/virus/fungus
no problem
