There is no risk for STDs. This is not how they are transmitted. If there were to be any infections, then germs of the mouth are to be blamed and nothing else.

Many thanks. The reason I ask is that some countries don't class HIV as an STD and wanted to be sure when you refer to STD you refer to HIV and HEP. Thanks for a final answer in advance.
