1. If there are no sores in the mouth and the person has only kissed you on the skin then there are extremely less chances of STD.

2. Please let us know the exact incident which happened with you.

3. Only examples of infections transmitted by kissing are Herpes and mononucleosis which might occur in mouth to mouth kissing. Mouth to neck kissing is usually harmless.
