Question: Hello Doctor,

I''m 25 year old male.i weigh around 108kgs.
I really had an embarrassing incident yesterday.

I had gone to a massage parlour and had a massage done by a lady who claims to be 28 yrs old married.

I had an unprotected oral sex with her. I have licked her vagina for 2mins and rest of the body for like 5 mins and saw some fluid coming out of her vagina and licked that as well. I didn't penetrate though.

Also, since It was a massage she didn't put condom and gave me a blow job and Wiped all the semen with a tissue paper.

I also touched her genital area back and forth with my penis.

As of now, I am having itchiness around my shoulder, hand and neck and had a diarrhoea.

I am damn nervous right now about STD or anything else for that matter.
Please help me !

Brief Answer:
Possible risk of STD.Need immediate screening

Detailed Answer:
Hello, Sir.

I interpreted your concern.

The possibility of a sexually transmitted disease/STD is high in your case as there is a great degree of exchange fluids. This itself serve as a potential risk factor.

Diarrhea has to be strongly evaluated.

Rest your symptoms are non-specific.

Hence, I advise you to have a complete through check up through STD screen at the earliest.

I advise you to get VDRL,Hep B/C, HIV 1.2 ELISA(4th Gen).

These are the basic tests required in cases of unprotected sexual intercourse.

Further management is based on test results.

Post your further queries if any.

Thank you.

Hello, Sir.

I understand your concern.

In spite of the consistency of the diarrhoeal stool, it is always recommended to go with the tests.

Review with reports.

Thank you.

Brief Answer:
You are 99.9% risk-free.Repeat tests after 3 months to make it 100%

Detailed Answer:
Hello, Sir.

I understand your concern.

I have gone through your uploaded images as well.

All tests in STD screening have turned out to be negative.

This is an extremely good sign. This virtually clears you of all the infection risk(99.9%risk free).Time to celebrate.

As per new guidelines, It is always more safe to repeat the same tests/STD screen after 3 months. This is to bypass/overcome the viral window period latency phenomenon.Hence, I advise you to have a repeat test for 100% risk-free status exactly after 3 months from today-Nov 1st 2015.This retest also possibly comes out as Non reactive(as long as you don again indulge in unsafe sex during this period).

Now coming to your symptoms, Itchiness around the hand, neck and shoulder could point to a fungal infection post sexual encounter. In all such cases, I generally prescribe a single oral tablet of Fluconazole 200 mg to my patients to be on a safer note. This drug will eliminate all the infection stuff and cause symptomatic improvement.I advise you to check with your physician if he shares my view and if can prescribe them to you.

To conclude, you need not be anxious. You are virtually risk-free now.

Make sure you do not indulge in unsafe sexual practices now for these 3 months and probably even thereafter.

Post your further queries if any.

Thank you.
