What Are The Chances Of Conception When Diagnosed With Posterior Wall Fibroid Of 56x41mm?

Question: I was diagnosed with posterior wall fibroid which is in size 56x41MM. My periods are regular, but mostly heavy bleeding and painful. Do you think I have any chances to get conceive and if I conceive what are the chances for miscarriage.
