What Are The Chances Of Conception With Normal Ovulation Post Abortion?

Question: Hello doctor i am writting on belalf of my wife, she had aborted her child of five month in 2012, and there was some bone retained in the uterus after two histroscopy still there are two small dots of 2mm size one at fundus and second on post. wall. but doctor is still saying there are 100% chances of pregnency. we had one iui done from him failed last month and now again preparing for second one with the injection of HUMOG 75. would like to know in this condition is there chances of pregency.

Yes there are chances of conception if her ovulation, tubal patency are normal and your semen report is normal. One failed IUI doesn't mean that she can't conceive. In case if she fails to conceive with 3 IUI cycles I would recommend further investigations.

doctor last month report was saying after 13 days of last period the RT Ovary was 24 and ET was 7 tripple and semen report at last IUI was sperm pre wash 69 million and recovery was 13 million and motility was prewash 54% and recovery 98%. doctor in first query i mentioned about retaining 2 mm bone. what will have effect of concieving pregency.

Hi, the reports you have got done are all normal and not a matter of concern.In the exit cycle you can get a hsg done after 2 days of stopping the periods.the 2 mm none would have no harmful effect on conception so nothing to worry.
