Question: Hello im 28yrs old lady i had ectopic pregnancy in XXXXXXX 15 on left side, from sep till today im trying to concive as i was ovaluating on rite side after monthly cycle

Today i went for ovulation for first day and my Rt ovary is 11 and Lt ovary is 30 and ET is 8.3
I showed report to docter to confirm which side im ovualating coz i m confuse of Lt side 30
Plz help

With ectopic on Lt side i cannot get preganant in life?

A cyst on left side of 30 mm is not likely to be due to ovulation. The size of the follicle depends on the day of cycle when you got the ultrasound scan done. Even if you are ovulating from left ovary the chances of conception through right fallopian tube are present.
You need not worry as the follicle of 11mm in right ovary is a developing follicle and can reach a mature size on day 16-18.

Docter so what it means about ovualtion? Which side am i ovualting? My gynec was saying xctly like cyst of tht 30mm on left side and it vl mostly dissapear

Is it true?

Incase if i ovaluate on left side which i had ectopic pregnancy 10 months back, do i still have chance to get pregnant on left side or my left side tube is useless?

Is any medication to mk my RT Ovalution

Thanks for writing again.
This report suggests that there is a cyst in the left ovary. Ovulation can happen from right ovary if the follicle of 11mm matures in next 6-8 days.
The cyst on left side may disappear on its own if you are having regular cycles.
Even if you ovulate from left side chances of conception through the right tube are present. The tube on left side is useless but not the left ovary.
There is no medication that will act specifically on right ovary.

Doctor I just want to know for example if I ovulate on left side how I can concive on right side whn the egg vl release from left ovary

Docter in the month of sep and oct i had ovaluated on right side but i got my periods delayed for 2 days from my actual date thn soon i got periods for both months

Now im trying for third time docter wht would be possible reason as i dint concived? So i ask my husband for semen analyases?

Even this moment if i ovualte on my left side should i go for intercourse?? As i told u i had ectopic preg 10 months back on left side and my gyec had injected to clear the tube

Even if you ovulate from left side the ova can float and enter the right side tube thus causing fertilization. The chances of conception in a cycle are not more than 25-30%. Sop it can happen that there is no conception even after ovulation. Do consult an infertility specialist for detailed investigations needed by both of you.
Even if you ovulate on the left side - unlikely due to cyst in this ovary- even then you should have intercourse.
