Hello.
Welcome to Healthcare Magic.
I read carefully your query and I have evaluated the picture you sent. There is no cold sore in your lip.
You can get oral herpes by drinking from another person bottle ,only if the person has a cold sore in his lips with a active virus. The herpes virus is very fragile and can live only few seconds in environment .So in order to catch herpes this way ,the other person should have an active cold sore and should have drunk just before you did (few sec).
From the picture you sent ,I can tell that there is no cold sore there.
Hope it helps.
Let me know if you have any question.
Kind regards,

one last question is there a time frame that i can use for instance if it goes 30 days without a cold sore i should be fine? is there a time frame i can use?
Brief Answer:
detailed below.
Detailed Answer:
Hello again.
The incubation period (the period of time between contact with the virus and the appearance of symptoms) is 2-12 days.
So in your case 12 days would be the time frame.
Take care.
