Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for consulting HealthcareMagic.
This is Dr. Priyanka Tiwari answering your query.

I have read your query and understand your concern. As far as the sore mouth is concerned it seems that you may be suffering from Apthous ulcers. Viral or fungal infection is the common causes of it. It can also be a deficiency of iron and vitamin B12, stress, acid reflux, excess intake of sour foods, physical injury with some hard food or dentures, dry mouth, hormonal imbalances, diabetes etc.

Can you please upload a picture of sore mouth and tongue that will be very helpful for me to give you a specific diagnosis?

In the meanwhile In this circumstances I would suggest you try these steps:

- Maintain proper oral hygiene ( brush your teeth twice daily )
- Don't use hydrogen peroxide as a regular mouthwash.
- Use only tongue scaper to clean your tongue.
- Do warm saline rinses.
-You can apply an ointment containing Lignocaine and Choline salicylate gel on mouthsore and tongue by consulting with your dentist.
- If symptoms of dry mouth then drink plenty of water, use sugar-free chewing gum to increase saliva production.
-Take multivitamin supplements,
-Suck something cold like ice-cubes/popsicles and do cold water rinses for the time being.
-Avoid spicy and hot foods.

Awaiting the picture to comment further.

Hope this will help you.
Regards
