Brief Answer:
Need work up for the cause

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. Difficulty conceiving after recent withdrawal of pills is common and more common when there are menstrual irregularities. No periods since august is abnormal and unless the periods get to normal, pregnancy is unlikely.

You need to see a gynecologist or a fertility consultant, let them have a look. They will run some labs to sort out hormonal imbalance, thyroid hormones assessment, ultrasound etc to rule out any PCOS. A detailed history , examination , work up and a complete clinical correlation will sort out the likely cause of this menstrual irregularity and once that is sorted out, then pregnancy will be more likely and easy to achieve.

I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and your partner and dont forget to close the discussion please.
