What Are The Chances Of Pregnancy Post Protected Sex?

Pregnancy unlikely, do pregnancy test to confirm.
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXX,
Thanks for writing in to us.
I have read through your query in detail.
If you had sex with condoms and he ejaculated outside as mentioned by you then pregnancy is unlikely to happen.
Since this incident occurred on 31st October 2014, sufficient time has passed and for peace of mind you can get a home pregnancy test done and most likely it will be negative. Home pregnancy test results are more than 97 percent accurate 15 days after sex.
Occasionally your periods might get delayed by a week even under normal circumstances due to stress related anxiety. Sometimes periods can get delayed fr this reason for about a week to ten days.
It is also important to know how regular are your periods in the last 6 months and if your menstrual cycles have been constant in duration.
I reassure you that a pregnancy is unlikely and for peace of mind you can get yourself tested.
If periods do not happen even after 21 days following due date then please contact your doctor and get investigated for any underlying medical conditions.
Hope this answers your question. Please feel free to correct any oversight in my interpretation of your problems and discuss them in detail as per your requirements.
Hope your query is answered.
Do write back if you have any doubts.
Regards,
Dr.Vivek

Periods can be induced with medroxyprogesterone.
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX,
Thanks for writing back with an update.
You can wait for 40 days for your periods to commence. In a woman with irregular cycles due to temporary causes like stress settle down and regularize spontaneously in about 3 months.
There are ways to regularize your periods using hormone pills which is best taken after consultation with your gynecologist. In situations where periods are not regular and there is need to regularize bleeding then taking medroxyprogesterone pills (5 mg) for 5 days twice a day, will cause bleeding within a few days (3 - 5 days after stopping the pills) due to hormonal changes.
Hope your query is answered.
Do write back if you have any doubts.
Regards,
Dr.Vivek
