I have studied your case with diligence.
For inter trochantric fracture femur usually DHS [Dynamic hip screw] is used, newer closed nailing include PFN [PROXIMAL FEMORAL NAILING] or TFN.
Usually operative complication include blood loss, anaesthesia related complication, infection, malunion.
In DHS perfect reduction can be achieved, while PFN is closed nailing with early recovery and less morbidity.
