Skipping breakfast not only has negative effects on your mood,memory and energy levels,until you take your meal but also has very bad effects on your health as it leads to increase your waistline and result in high blood pressure,diabetes and high cholesterol levels.
Recent studies have shown that one has 27% increased chances of developing heart attack and coronary artery disease and there are 20% increased chances of developing diabetes if you miss breakfast.
Similarly skipping breakfast can result in low blood sugar levels which can trigger or exacerbate your migraine or headache.
