I read your query very carefully.

Carvedilol is a betablocker and isn't an antiplatelet agent. The betablockers block the adrenaline beta receptors and doesn't have any antiplatelet activity. The antiplatelet agents inhibit the platet aggregation and by doing so they inhibit clotting formation.

Lisinopril is an ACE inhibitor and isn't an antiplatelet agent. The ACE inhibitors doesn't have any antiplatelet activity they only inhibit the angiotensine converting enzyme.
