Hi. I am a boy who had unprotected anal sex with a guy on sept 17 2015 and on day 10 or 12 started deep tiredness, on day 14 stated numbness all over my body and itchy inside penis tube with clear discharge ( look like rain water) and itchy around anus, and on day 17 started severe headache and fever, on day 19 started itchy rash on my torso( face, chest, back, shoulder, arm) and blood test on day 19 for HIV came back negative, then afterward sore throat, lower back pain, lower abdominal pain, urine frequently, and small red spot on tongue, and under tongue look like wart and bump on lower lip What these symptom? Can be HIV ? Genital herpes Or Stress? My partner tested negative infront of me, but I dun know his sex history. He told me that he tested every six months but I seem not believe him.
I am stressful one or two weeks before these symptoms appear but the stress didn't focus on HIV but on other matter ( study and financial) then one or two weeks after sex encounter I started fear and stress on HIV then everything ( acute HIV symptoms) started to appear in me gradually, sometime it happen altogether like fever and headache and rash something else which mimic acute HIV symptoms. The test we took was RAPID BLOOD TEST, and both result were negative but i tested on day 19 after encounter( i think it is too early, and i also don't know my partner sex history. All symptoms like ( fever, heafache, rash, sore throat, coating on tongue, joint pain, night sweat, lower back pain, neck ache started two weeks after expose except deep tiredness which started before two weeks. The liwer back pain occur during lie down on bed after few minutes of sitting. I really worry about this. You said stress? Are stress cause all these symptoms like bump on back of tongue, coating on tongue, red spit on tomgue ( see pictures) and more which i decribed above.

If YES how many percent Accutate fir pCR at that period? And if PCR test come back negative, is it the final one or i should confirm another test? So, the symptoms and pictures i sent to you is not Acute hiv symptoms or what? What about my position? Is it high risk or not? I really scared to grt tested. Thank you Dr. XXXXXXX But some/ many doctors said PCR test is less accurate in adult but most accurate in infant. Is it correct? Should i take PCR DNA or RNA? Can i take 4th generation and PCR(DNA/RNA) at the same time/date? I hope if this case was bad news you should have been provided bad news not cheery news all the time( some doctor provide only good news while bad news is much more) so that i can make my mind in advance but if this case is fine is ok.another thing i have done a research on internet about acute hiv symptom and they match all what happen on me. Are you gaurentee that after PCR test i can get married? What IF i test again and result would be positive at three months? One more thing you said all the symptoms are similar to acute hiv but you disagree with that. So the question is what and why all these symptoms occurred? I really scare that the PCR test came back negative. My partner negative? Thank you. Yes, Test will be cleared for everything but i just afraid to take it as i afraid it would be positive. And again you said the symptoms are caused by stress but how stress causes all these symptoms? (I dont understand). Now i am stress, i cannot sleep, eat, work, play, ... If the PCR result negative it will be better for me to feel relax, but if the result were positive it would be worse for me. I would be more stressful afterward. Again, if the PCR test came bavk positive, would it be over for me? What could i do? How could i get married? Some doctor would say " TREATMENT".
