Hi and thank you for asking!
I read your query and understood your concerns.
Coreg will help to stabilize your HR and BP but it will not have any positive effect on your depression. Since your HR is 68 npm you shouldn't increase the dose of correg.
Since low doses of alcohol or ativan has been of help you may continue with them. In prder to avoid dependence from ativan I recommend that you should us alcohol and ativan every other day.
Moreover i would recommend to use chamomile tea to help you with mood disorder.
Hope this will be of help!
Wish you health!
