Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for the query

Magnesium commonly given in following conditions
osteoporosis, high blood pressure, clogged arteries, hereditary heart disease, diabetes, and stroke.

I would like to know why do you want to take supplements?do you have low levels of magnesium and calcium in blood report?

If you would like to have for healthy life style. Instead of going for supplements, try to get nutrients through diet.

Foods that are high in fiber are generally high in magnesium. Dietary sources of magnesium include legumes, whole grains, vegetables (especially broccoli, squash, and green leafy vegetables), seeds, and nuts (especially almonds). Other sources include dairy products, meats, chocolate, and coffee.

Calcium
Calcium can be found in a variety of foods like sesame seeds
Dark green leafy vegetables, such as broccoli and XXXXXXX
Fish with edible soft bones, such as sardines and canned salmon

if you are taking supplements of magnesium and calcium, you can take it separately or in combination, the effect is same.

Thank you
Take care

I read about magnesium and calcium in my efforts to detox my body of Fluoride and other heavy metals from the environment.

In 2015, I became aware of the fact California has been adding Fluoride added to our drinking water since 1979. That's around 38 years of drinking and cooking and bathing in this water.

I've been taking nascent Iodine to deal with decades of drinking Fluoridated water and have heard magnesium is also good for detoxing the body and that commercial farming practices have stripped much of the mineral from the soil. I came across Calcium from reading about Magnesium.

Also, in 2015, I have learned about GMO foods that came out in 1995 and the use of Glyphosate herbicide, so I try to eat organic. However, the expense of organic foods and my lack of cooking experience means I have lost weight and don't eat as much as I used to. Organic Baby Spinach is available and I eat that raw but I used to eat lots of brocoli but not since 2015 as I've never seen organic brocollii . That's about 20 years of GMO and Glyphosate

Thanks for writing again.
Dont stress out yourself too much of thinking about all these.

Have healthy diet with seasonal fresh vegetables and fruits.
Supplements can be taken only if its required or when you are not able to get through your diet.
Have iodized salt and mineral water.
Drink plenty of water and regular exercise, yoga and meditation.

Thank you
Take care

Well, that's what I was trying to say I'm not getting enough food so....there you go. And Fluoride in my body for 37 years Glyphosate for 15 years I mean if these weren't developed for human consumption but to kill insects then i see no logical reason to eat it. But thanks for your help.
