Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day
Findings of bilateral pleural effusion and cardiomegaly is likely to be due to Congestive Cardiac Failure.
It requires clinic o-radiological correlation.
X ray which are just shadow have to be interpreted in light of good clinical history.
Would suggest you to get back with complete clinical history, clinical profile of the patient.
It would also be helpful if the X ray image and other reports can be uploaded in the image uploader available on the website.
Take care,
