Brief Answer:
Most probably normal
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
It looks like you have reasonably normal appearing semen analysis. The sperm concentration, and motility and morphology are within limits, though active motility could be better.
However, I suggest that you get another sample examined after one month. This is not to alarm you, but to ensure that everything is done as recommended by WHO, which prescribed that two semen samples be examined, preferably one month apart, (and an abstinence period of 3-7 days is followed) before a definite conclusion or recommendation is made.
Hope I have been able to help you.
Regards.
