Brief Answer:
Prolonged liquefaction time may indicate infection
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for the query.
According to your seminal analysis:
Seminal count is normal.
Usually around 50% sperms should have progressive motility.
But as your seminal count is more, sometimes pregnancy is possible with lower motility also.
Prolonged liquefaction time can also be one cause for decreased motility.
Prolonged liquefaction time can occur due to infection.
So, consult uroandrologist once and take treatment for infection.
After completion of the treatment, go for repeat seminal analysis.
Hope I have answered your query. I will be available to answer followup queries. If you are satisfied with the answer, please give your review at the end of the discussion.
Take care.
