What Are The Log Term Side Effects Of Domstal Overdose In A Child?

My baby is 7 weeks old and have by mistake given overdose of domstal , 1ml for 3 times of 10mg/ml instead of 1mg/ml.Have given this dose for 3-4 times.My doctor said not to worry but wanted to know if there are any long term side effects.
The only thing I noticed is that the baby slept for long hours whenever I have given overdose.
