What Are The Moset Fertile Days In A Woman?

Question: My wife is 30 years old
158 cm
60 kg
We have a son 4.5 years old
After delivery she started to take Genera as a way to delay any pregnancy
After 3 years she stopped it.
Now for 1.5 years she stopped it.
No pregnancy took place up till now
Her period is 34-37 days
I did sperm analysis and it is within the normal ranges
She did a progesterone analysis in the day no 21 from the beginning of the period and the %ge was 0.19
Could u advise if this is normal?
What is the best days for us to have the highest opertionity for my sperm to filterization for my wife egg naturally?
Shall we take any vitamins?

2. Progesterone values are low.
