Brief Answer:
possibility of ALL release almost zero
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query.
ALL usually doesn't relapse after so many years. But there is small chance of treatment related second cancers like myeloid leukemia, sarcoma, etc.
Some other treatment related complications are heart problems, lung problems or infertility. If no treatment related complications occur, her life span is expected to be normal.
She can surely get married, from medical point of view. But she and her partner should understand all these risks.
Hope this helps.

her mansturation cycle is normal. she has been working as a state govt employee since 2011. our main concern is that whether she can maintain a good healthy life. as per our knowledge it is very hard to get cured from blood cancer. it can only be controlled by medication.so we are concerned about that.i just wish she live for 100 years
Brief Answer:
not true that blood cancer can't be cured
Detailed Answer:
ALL can be cured in upto 60-80% patients. And as already 6 years past, relapse is unlikely. In ALL 95% of relapses occur within 5 years.

Brief Answer:
after 10 years relapse free we can say cured
Detailed Answer:
Possibility of second cancers is low, around 1-3% but these are difficult to treat. Not so much chemo sensitive as the primary one.
But apart from those, a normal life span can be expected.
