Question: What is the symptom of a silent heart attack? I awakened SOB with substernal chest pressure like one has with anxiety

A silent heart attack has no clinical signs typical for heart attack such as chest pain.

Nocturnal shortness of breath accompanied by chest pain is a sign related to heart disease (especially heart attack, pulmonary edema etc.)

This is why I strongly recommend that you should go to ER to exclude any life threatening situation.
